The Couple
Michelle Suter first met Brad Shoemaker when he caught her in his arms as she tripped off the stage after her amazing performance of the Foo Fighters’ “Best of You” at the Ugly Monkey after a Hammer and Nigel Show.
Thanks to the amazing staff at the Ugly Monkey pushing the two towards each other as well as Several messages and a few months later Brad finally gathered up the courage to ask her out on an official date (Michelle still contends she didn’t think this was a date) to the Cage the Elephant/Muse concert at Deer Creek.
An awkward finish to the end of this now notorious (non) date and 8 years later they are FINALLY getting married.

Outdoor Wedding
Even though the wedding takes place in Fall, this will be an outdoor wedding and Reception under covered tents and a large Gazebo.
Open Bar
There will be a free open bar serving house wine, house alcohol and draft Bud Light (it is St. Louis). Please be respectful of the bartenders and bring tip money.
Dress Appropriately
We are casual people, but we will be formal today. We will not turn anyone away, but maybe a button up shirt and nice jeans, or trousers (as the English would say). Plus keep an eye on those weather reports.
Preferred Gifts
As a couple that has been together for 8 years at the time of the wedding, with a house full of stuff, we decided not to do a traditional registry. So allow me to add this poem (that I stole) for your amusement.
